2019: Herdsmen killings, restructuring top voters’ concerns

Economy also in contention

By Nsikan Ikpe

The continued spiral of killings by herdsmen and the clamour for restructuring of the federation are the top issues of concern to Nigerian voters ahead of the 2019 polls, The Difference has learnt.

This is the outcome of a nationwide survey carried out all across Nigeria.

Another issue of concern to respondents is the economy, with many feeling very uncomfortable with the current administration’s handling of the affairs of state.

The survey is coming on the heels of the mass burial of victims of the latest herdsmen killings in Benue and Taraba States.
