Nigeria’s Eagles play against hosts Morocco in Sunday’s final match of the CHAN tournament for home-based African players.

To get to this stage, the Eagles who are getting to the finals for the fist time, beat Sudan 1-0 while Morocco which is also making it to the finals of the 9-year old competition for the first time, pipped hard-fighting Libya 3-1 at the close of extra time.

It is also the first time that the squad of a host nation will be making it to the finals of the competition.

Analysts say the duel would indeed be a hard-fought one, with both sides being primely motivated to win.
