The Difference set for December #FocusNationAfrica summit

Event billed for CRIMMD Library, Lagos

Arrangements have presently been concluded by The Difference Newspaper to hold the December edition of the monthly#FocusNationAfrica summit on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

A statement from the organisers noted that the continental awareness, integration, bonding and branding event would take place at the CRIMMD Library, 138 Idimu-Ejigbo Road, Idimu-Lagos. Incidentally, the Library was also the venue for the September event that had Botswana as country of focus.

The East African nation of Kenya is the designated #FocusCountry for the month of December and its national day would be celebrated at the event.

Also on the bill is a thematic discussion on the ‘Economics of (African) integration’ with a special focus on the work of the Regional Economic Communities in the continent as well as the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, #AfCFTA that has already been initialled by 49 of the continent’s 55 sovereign states.
