Lumumba to deliver foundation lecture in Lagos

Former Director of Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission and Kenya School of Laws, Prof. P.L.O. Lumumba is scheduled to deliver the lecture at the 6th edition of the Goddy Jidenma Foundation Bi-annual Lecture

A statement from the organisers reveals that the event would take place at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs , Victoria Island , Lagos , on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.

With the lecture topic as ‘Governance, Insecurity, Poverty and Economic Development: Whither Africa?’ the event will be chaired by Prof Joy Ogwu, OFR, former Minister of Foreign Affairs & Former  Permanent Representative of Nigeria at the United Nations.

The Goddy Jidenma Foundation is a not –for-profit non-governmental organization that was established in 2007 in memory of Arc Goddy Jidenma, who died in 2006.

Late Chief MT Mbu, CFR, former Ambassador and  Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is a past trustee of the foundation.
