Outrage as Wike outlaws #SARSMustEnd protests
By John Eche
Outrage has greeted news of a notice from the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike that outlaws the #SARSMustEnd protests taking place in Port Harcourt presently.
While groups like Amnesty International are warning that the governor of the oil-rich state would be held responsible should any harm befall any protester today, others are accusing him of betraying his dictatorial tendencies and being ungrateful to citizens who braved all odds to help him get past a quite tempestuous challenge to his second term bid only a year ago.
