VDT chief canvasses improved quality service delivery

As 2017 Customer’s Forum holds in Lagos

Managing Director of VDT Communications, Engineer Biodun Omoniyi has canvassed improved service delivery as a veritable way of boosting the business climate in the country.

Speaking at the 2017 Customer’s Forum of the organisation in Lagos recently, Omoniyi affirmed that this has indeed become most imperative in  ensuring sustainable business growth.

At the forum which had the theme:  “Value Driven, Customer Focused,” Omoniyi particularly promised to work out strategic methods that would strengthen the business growth of the organization for the benefit of the customers nationwide.

He said technological developments had created a global environment that has brought people across the globe closer. For him then, the entire plan would be to lift Nigeria into an era of high speed internet access in the shortest possible time.

The event which is part of the firm’s strategy towards enhancing the provision of valuable enterprise information technology solutions across the country, had in attendance experts drawn from the finance sector, healthcare professionals, lawyers, journalists, manufacturers, engineers and telecommunication operators among others business men and women.

The forum is an annual event that brings together a wide gamut of VDT customers to interact and share ideas on the firm’s products and services as well as find lasting solutions to all observed problems in such a way as to promote better business relationships.

In their remarks, some of the stakeholders who spoke at the forum stressed the need to address the challenges facing VDT Communications in the area of technical development for even more effective quality service delivery to customers.

Responding to the questions raised, Omoniyi expressed his hope  for sustainable business growth and development of the company in spite of numerous business  challenges that was literally the trend across all sectors in the country. Irrespective of the challenges, he emphasised that the journey must go on.

‘Our 16 years of rendering excellent service delivery value to customers across all sectors  of the  economy is a challenge to move  forward,’ he affirmed.

Another highlight of the VDT Communications Customer’s Forum, 2017 was the presentation of the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system certificate.

VDT presently operates in Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ikeja and Egbeda.
